    My furnace is 21 years old and went out on a Thursday 30degree weather, Johnson came out figured out the problem. We decided it would be best to replace with a new furnace. The Johnson men and crew had a new furnace orderd and put in by Saturday 2 days later. While installing the new furnace noticed that my builder from 21 years ago never sealed the duct work correctly so they did that at no extra charge. Cleaned the areas and very professional. My new Trane furnace has my home nicely comfortable and warm. I give this company a 5 star rating on all levels.
